I have to say it takes a certain type of game to really make me want to play it to 100% completion and I am glad to say that Tomb Raider is one of them.  It only took me a couple of sitting to finish it but I have to say it was the best 8 hours of gaming I have had in a while.  Now I say 8 hours but I still have a lot to do to get it to 100%.  There are a total of 43 videos for this Lets Play and I plan on starting to upload them in the next week or so.

I already have a 3 video a day upload schedule and I don’t really wanna up this to four so I may start mixing up what is being uploaded.

Now the plan on releasing these is at 6PM / 8PM / 10PM every weeknight with the weekend dedicated to a single game (possibly up to 10 videos over the two days).  This way I can always provide you content and there will be an ongoing variety.  Now the majority of these LPs will be without commentary as I tend to play these during the day – as you can imagine quietness in a house of kids is impossible.

I really wish that I had better news starting off this post but unfortunately I don’t.  You see since posting up the last one I have been trying my best to sort out the no-PC situation.  Although thanks to my brother I am now back online to a degree with a PC that was made well before I was born – it will not all me to play on MineCraft due to the graphics card being unsuitable (or something like that – I am not overly computer savvy).  I am able to get the videos from other YeouschCraft Directors uploaded but for those who submitted videos with no watermarks or intros your videos will have to sit on the back-burner for now till I have the time to re-render them.

What this means is I will not be able to make tonight’s filming of The M Factor and in all likelihood not be able to make any more of this first season.  Now this primarily pisses me off as I know how much work has gone into it all and to not be there to pull my weight just annoys the hell out of me and I feel I have let everyone down.  What this also means is the next event we had planned will now have to be postponed until i am back on my feet with a new PC.

This brings me onto “when” this will be.  Well my plan was to put a bit of money that we have left over each week and put it into a “New PC Kitty” and save that way.  Unfortunately I have miscalculated this and what I thought would be around April to be the time I would have enough – its now looking along the lines of June/July.  I have to seriously put the needs of my family in front of what I do on here so I may be around to make sure the videos go up on time and and anything from behind the scenes – I will not be able to organize any events or even consider starting any new ones after The M Factor.  I feel that I need to be in there with the rest in order to properly promote what we are doing.  Now others may disagree with all that and say to carry on putting out these events but you all have to understand that YeouschCraft is my little baby and I feel I need to be totally 100% on board with any projects going on.  Since YeouschCraft has quite literally been my job for the last year I feel that if I can’t be 110% happy with the way a project is going I honestly can’t let it go ahead.  This is why I spend up to 10 – 15 hours a day most days working on all aspects of it YeouschCraft.

Now you will have to bare with me on this post as its all been done from the comfort of my phone and yes I won’t lie to you some of it was sat whilst in my thinking room (the little boys room to you and me).

Now normally I would through up some pictures and make it look all pretty like but right now I just want to get as much information out to you as possible.  I promise to go back over after and glam it up but for now I think it’s serving a point.

Now you see my PC is probably older than my whole subscriber-base combined and it has served me well over the last 3-4 years but unfortunately it has join the toaster from Red Dwarf and has gone to Silicon Heaven.  I built that baby from the ground up and it has had limited upgrades but it was really struggling to run even the basics.  But all that is now in the past and I am now PC less.  Now this normally wouldn’t bother the normal person out there as they would just say screw it lets get a new one – for me its a little different.

A few years ago I could have done that but now I have to SERIOUSLY put my family before a PC – now don’t hate me for that LMAO.  So although I will get a new PC it will take a lot longer than I would like.  I think when I sat down and worked it out it will take about 2 maybe 3 months of saving and that’s not counting any family emergencies.

Now what this means to you as a YeouschCraft subscriber / fan / awesome person is not a lot as I do have a way of getting the videos uploaded and as long as things go smoothly and the Directors can get the videos ready on time you will hopefully see a new video everyday.  But from my stance as the person who runs the behind the scenes – thats gonna change a lot because my ownly access to the internet is through Stacey’s laptop ( which I am already ready to throw at the wall – its slower than @bigsnackks  driving on a good day #Joke ) and my phone.  Without my phone I would truly be lost – I have access to Twitter and Skype on there but its so slow to get things across I won’t use it that much.  So unfortunately I am having to put a lot of responsibility on the YeouschCraft Directors and I can’t be there as much as I was.  This annoys me but in a way I know I can’t do anything about it so I guess the show MUST go on.

So until I am back on my feet and like I say that will be at least TWO MONTHS there will be no special events apart from The M Factor till then.  And if you try contacting me and I don’t reply – I am not being a nob and ignoring you it’s just I can’t – I hope you understand.

The Mancave

So I woke up on this rather COLD 1st January 2013 and although last night was a late one I was unable to sleep past 8am (this in itself is very strange thing for me).  But with the house still empty I thought what better time to crack on with work.  So I sat at my pretty run down PC which is situated in a TRUE man cave – the kitchen.  Now I know all of you out there without kids may disagree and have their own room dedicated to their setup but in a small house with 6 kids you have to make do with what is available.  And the kitchen is just that place for me.  But on the bright side – all I have to do to get something to eat or drink is walk across the room #InYourFace

Anyway this wasn’t really what I wanted to bring up but still good to get out there.  What I was really doing was looking at this here website – now the way it was set up in 2012 (and thats SOOO last year) was all the posts were created using an automatic YouTube -> WordPress plugin.  Now although that was handy and required no effort from me, it lacked something.  And yes I was aware that the plugin was glitched (and still is after a year) where it would take the last character and slam it down at the beginning.  It started to look stale, repetitive and quite frankly boring.

So for 2013 I have decided to actually sit down and compose my own posts.  They may not be daily posts, they may not be presented in great grammar but they will at least be from me and show that I have put effort into each one.  With that said I hope you enjoy what I have to bring you in 2013 and mark my words “YeouschCraft will become a big part of the Yeousch Network in 2013″
